Cold Blue: Brewing In Manchester With Alphabet Brew Co.

A couple of weeks back we hopped on a train to Manchester to brew a blueberry muffin and coffee pale ale with one of our favourite breweries, Alphabet Brew Co. 

Whole blueberry muffins were added to the mash along with oats and barley malt before Bramling Cross hops at flameout.

Light roast cold brew coffee with berry notes and blueberry puree were then added into the fermenter post-brew.

The finished brew will have a full UK release in cans & kegs so keep an eye out for it in the wild or pick up from any of our shops from Thursday the 7th.
