After a brief break, we're back again with an absolutely outrageous delivery week! First up, Sureshot make their fully-fledged debut with the Manchester darlings bringing some big Birthday bevs in honour of their second anniversary.

Next, our New Forest faves Vibrant Forest make their comeback after frankly too much time away. Think masses of their go-to's like Pupa, Faithful Steed, and of course, our seasonal collab slammer Misty Woods.

Speaking of returning legends, you'll be pleased to know that we've just received another shipment of our House Red Garnacha from Navarra, Spain. This Organic, juicy delight was sorely missed - but for no longer!

Lastly, we give a much-needed shoutout to our Webshop. We've been inundated with the good stuff, from some absolute A-Listers, whether that's sour sensations from Vault City, to green glory courtesy of DEYA, Cloudwater, or Pressure Drop. Throw in the illustrious Impy Stout Good King Henry or We Can Be Friends' hyped AF bevs and there's something for everyone.

A quick reminder too that we've got our next Sunday Roast session with Sho Foo Doh this weekend (25th Feb) at the Wood St Depot. We will have some space for walk-ins but if last time was anything to go by we fully recommend booking ahead by giving us a bell on 02086161718 or emailing info@claptoncraft.co.uk. But now, to some newfound friends...

Releasing their first beers in 2022, Sureshot was founded by James Campbell, who began sowing the seed two years earlier on his passion project. A serial brewer at some of Manchester's most respected independent breweries (most notably Cloudwater) and a pioneer in progressive styles and hop-forward beers, J.C. has been instrumental in the development of new wave British Brewing.

Joined by a lean and mean team of industry vets, they take beer (but not themselves) seriously, as evidenced by probably our favourite packaging (and naming) in some time. Focussing on well-loved styles like hoppy IPAs, clean Lagers, and flavourful, easy-drinking Pale Ales, it should be no surprise that they've exploded onto the scene, making themselves comfortable contenders for a top ten brewery in the UK scene right now.

Though we've had their beers dotted around the shops for some time, this marks their full debut with a whopping seven different beers! Of course, there's everything Sureshot does best with waves of juice joy across the abv range.

Think tropical mainstay Milson, zippy Session Pale Techno Pigeon, and even an outrageous DDH IPA with DEYA, The Future Is Being Made Today. Add to that a crispy clean Helles Lager (arguably their best to date) in You Know The Rules And So Do I and there's a lot to love.

Honouring their 2nd Birthday it would be remiss of us to not mention their Birthday TDH IPA and DIPA. Both represent their hoppiest, dankest delights to date, and you'll be pleased to know we'll even have a keg of IPA pouring at each drink-in site this weekend - along with a mini TTO in Wood St also featuring the DIPA, and that aforementioned core classic Milson.

We absolutely can't wait to hear what you think about their celebratory suds, and encourage you to get to know them with double loyalty points in-store or 10% off 6 or more online! We have a feeling you'll be seeing them around more often after this...

For our money one of the most underrated breweries in the culture, it's always a joy to have another drop from Vibrant Forest!

First brewed in November 2019, our collaboration with the team, Misty Woods, helped cement our friendship and leads the charge. Now, a long-standing seasonal rebrew, this East-meets-West Coast or Mountain IPA combines our favourite aspects of both styles. Uniting juicy, pithy stone fruit flavour with fiery pine undertones, we've never been known to turn away a can.

Inevitably, we also have their inimitable Pale Ale Pupa, which sees light citrus and ripe tropical fruits coalesce for a smooth, dangerously drinkable effort. Hazy Pale's Fenton and Out Of Exile provide more than adequate hoppy support, while uber-refreshing Pilsner Faithful Steed and roasty-toasty Porter Black Forest are as brilliant as they are well balanced.

Our first-ever House Wine, it's been an absolute joy to have Reverte's Garnacha as our go-to for nearly two years now. Following a slight shortage (thanks to our lovely customers!) we're delighted to have our rad Red back in fine supply.

For those who are less familiar with our project, this hails from the family-run vineyard of Reverte which was set up in 1989. With the oldest Garnacha in Fitero (up to 100 years old from a small town North West of Zaragoza), they planted further vineyards from cuttings of their heritage vines, giving them access to some of the oldest and best produce in the region, all of which are uncertified organic.

Found in a continental climate with very little precipitation, the vineyard of Carbonela (where our wine was picked from) sits atop arid, clay-chalky soil at a relatively high plateau, lending a cooler edge. Treated only with natural products, without any mechanical intervention, only indigenous yeast from the area is used in the fermentation process.

The result is a vino fully expressive of the terroir, and an embodiment of everything we love about natural wine. Juicy, and fresh with plenty of concentrated ripe red berry notes, and darker, earthier undertones in support, lavender and black pepper aromas lend complexity and depth rounded off by a quaffable, drying finish.

That's all to say it's a very tasty, traditional, yet forward-thinking wine we're proud to have once more, so salud!

We've only just worked our way through a mountain of cardboard but we're pleased to say it's most definitely been worth it in giving our Webshop a huge new update.

Expect a raft of treasures added including Vault City's Sweetshop Series, plus a good dose of Pastore tart treats featuring a new Waterbeach Weisse and Lager-Sake hybrid. Meanwhile, there's a full resupply of Pressure DropDEYA, Baron and Time & Tide featuring core classics and fresh favourites apiece, with Cloudwater's Birthday Beers following in tow.

If that wasn't enough we have the first few releases from AF rising stars We Can Be Friends who focus on New England goodness, as well as the famed Good King Henry. Brewed by traditionalists Old Chimney's this highly limited oak-aged Imperial Stout sees Madeira Port added for a sumptuous delight garnering obscene UnTappd scores aplenty.

Suffice to say there's plenty to have a gander through, so hit the link below if you need anything delivered from our cold store to your door. And, a reminder we can offer Free Collection to any of our shops each Friday, just hit the option at Checkout and leave a note in your basket, or shoot us an email at info@claptoncraft.co.uk!

Have a great weekend, and we hope to see you all soon! - Team CC
