SUPERVISOR - WOOD ST
We’re currently looking for a Supervisor to join our busiest site in Wood St, E17. Primarily working alongside our General Manager, they’ll be tasked with leading key shifts and ensuring the quality of shop standards and customer service. As such, we’re looking for an independent, affable candidate to join our settled team at a senior level. This role is suited to candidates with previous experience in the craft beer industry or within hospitality and retail.
The role is focused on but not limited to:
Expressing passion and enthusiasm for craft beer and wine
Using knowledge to guide customers with beer and wine choices
Cleaning and tidying the shop to a high standard
Maintaining strict control of stock
Managing the cellar and cleaning beer lines
Implementing creative and effective displays and merchandising
Communicating with other staff effectively
Supporting our GM on-shift and with thorough feedback
Striving to achieve sales targets and growth
This role is based on 5 days (40-45 hours per week) at £13.15 per hour. In addition, we offer a generous staff discount, participation in formal qualifications, day-trips out, and opportunity for growth within the company structure.

STORE MANAGER - FOREST HILL
We are now on the hunt for a new manager to take over at our South East London craft beer and natural wine haven in Forest Hill. This is a small but busy shop with a very strong neighbourhood feel and loyal local customer base. As such we are looking for a friendly and personable candidate with a desire to hit the ground running and get to know our SE23 community. This role is suited to candidates with strong previous experience in the craft beer industry and/or with experience in a management role in a similar retail setting.
The role is focused on but not limited to:
Expressing passion and enthusiasm for craft beer and wine
Maintaining a friendly and welcoming shop environment
Organising the fridges and storage areas in an efficient and orderly manner
Ordering stock and maintaining good supplier relationships
Implementing creative and effective merchandising displays
Directing and inspiring other members of staff
Striving to achieve sales targets and growth
Reporting to the COO and Head of Personnel
This role is based on 5 days (40-45 hours per week) at a salary of £28,000 plus bonuses. Please note that as is the nature of the industry, this is a role in which regular availability for weekend and evening work is essential.
