PART TIME SHOP ASSISTANTS

We are currently recruiting for a part-time shop assistant to join us at Wood St in E17, which is our busiest location, and a shop-bar hybrid. As a dynamic and rapidly growing company, we are ideally looking for people who can demonstrate a strong commitment to and experience of the craft beer industry, and can excel in a demanding and fast paced environment.

The role is focused on but not limited to:

• Expressing passion and enthusiasm for craft beer and wine

• Using knowledge to guide customers with beer and wine choices

• Cleaning and tidying the shop to a high standard

• Maintaining strict control of stock

• Managing the cellar and cleaning beer lines

• Implementing creative and effective displays and merchandising

• Communicating with other staff effectively

• Striving to achieve sales targets and growth

Part-time shop assistant roles are based on an average of 20-30 hours (3-4 days) per week, with potential for more, at £13 per hour. In addition, we offer a generous staff discount, participation in formal qualifications, day-trips out, and opportunity for growth within the company structure.
